The most important information in brief:

  • Dear guests, we look forward to your visit, if you have any questions please call us on 07156/43110. Please note that we currently have reduced opening hours.
  • Electric charging stations are available in our underground car park and in the car park
  • Our rooms also have air conditioning and some have a balcony (surcharge), please ask us about this when making your booking
  • From now on, the new U6 underground line (terminus 100 metres from the hotel) will take you directly to the trade fair and airport every 10 minutes
  • 2 new fully equipped flats with kitchen, washing machine, living and dining area (approx. 50 square metres)

Guest information from A to Z

  • A
    • Arrival and departure: Your room will be available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. We ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am on the day of departure. If you wish to arrive or depart later, please contact reception. If you check out before 7.00 a.m., please settle the bill by 8.00 p.m. the evening before.
    • Allergy sufferers: Please contact reception if you require special beds and bed linen. Some rooms are equipped with parquet flooring and bed linen for allergy sufferers.
    • Pharmacy / doctor: Please contact reception, we will be happy to provide you with the necessary information.
    • Excursions: You can obtain information about excursions and city tours from reception at any time.
    • Adapter: International adapters and chargers are available at reception

    • Bathrobe: We are happy to provide you with a bathrobe. Please contact reception.
    • Bathroom stool: A bathroom stool is available on request, dial *0*, or ask us at reception.
    • Baby cots available on request
    • Bar: Our cosy hotel bar invites you to linger from Monday to Saturday or for a drink in between.
    • Evaluation: We would like to invite you to submit an evaluation of our company and our services.
    • Additional duvet on request.
    • Bed linen: Decide for yourself in the interests of our environment: place the card on your bed if you want fresh bed linen.
    • Flowers: You can order flowers at any time via our reception.
    • Stamps: Stamps can be purchased at reception. We will be happy to take your letters to the post office.
    • Ironing: We are happy to provide you with an iron and ironing board, or we can do the ironing for you for a fee. Return possible within one hour.

    • Express check-out: We are happy to offer you an express check-out. Simply leave us your credit card details, the hotel bill will be settled via the authorised credit card and you will not have to visit reception on your departure. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

    • Festivities: We are happy to put together menu and buffet suggestions for special occasions. We can organise any celebration, whether on a small or large scale and according to your wishes. Let us advise you.
    • Questionnaire: Are you satisfied, what can we do better? We kindly ask you to give us your opinion on the attached questionnaire. You can hand in the completed questionnaire at reception or leave it in your room.
    • Breakfast: A rich breakfast buffet awaits you in our breakfast room from 06:30 to 10:00, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 07:30 to 10:30. If you would like to bring relatives, friends or colleagues with you, breakfast costs € 33.80 per person.
    • Photocopies: You are welcome to have photocopies made at reception.

    • Garage: The price for a garage parking space is € 18.00 per day. If you have any questions, please contact reception. Tickets can be added to your room bill at reception.
    • Money/valuables: For insurance reasons, we ask that you do not leave any valuables, jewellery or money lying around in your room. We cannot be held liable for lost valuables in your room.
    • Luggage: We are happy to help you with your luggage, dial *0* or ask us at reception.

    • Slippers: We are happy to provide you with towelling slippers at a price of €3.00.
    • Daily towel change on request.
    • Pets: Your four-legged friends are also very welcome here, although not possible in every room category. We charge €18.00 per day. Please understand that pets are not allowed in the breakfast room. Pets must be kept on a lead in the hotel and on the entire hotel grounds! We reserve the right to charge for any necessary cleaning.

    • Internet: Free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms and public areas. The password is: 7krone28.
  • K
    • Automatic pay station: The pay machine for car park tickets is located at the hotel entrance.
    • Air conditioning: The air conditioning only works when the window is closed. Please select the desired room temperature on the remote control. For the sake of the environment, please switch off the air conditioning when you leave the room!
    • Cushion: Would you like a different pillow? Please ask at reception. We have allergy pillows, spelt and millet pillows, new sheep’s wool pillows and neck support pillows in stock. Annual pillow cleaning.
    • Credit cards: We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Mastercard, Visa and JBC.
    • Cosmetic products: Shaving set, toothbrush set and combs are available for a fee at reception.

    • Minibar: There is a minibar in every room, please refer to the list for prices. It is refilled daily.
  • N
    • Sewing kit: A sewing kit can be found in the folder in the wardrobe, we are also happy to help you.
    • Non-smoking rooms: We ask you not to smoke in the rooms. Your tenants and we will thank you for it. Please understand that we have to charge cleaning costs (curtains, carpeting) in case of disregard of the smoking ban.

    • Car parks: The car parks at the house are available for a fee of € 9.00 per day.
  • R
    • Umbrellas: You can borrow umbrellas free of charge from reception.
    • Restaurant: Monday to Friday from 11:30 to 14:00 and 18:00 to 22:00 and Saturday from 18:00 to 22:00 our restaurant offers Italian & Swabian cuisine. Sundays on request. Telephone number 07156 / 4800663.
    • Reception: Our reception is open during the week from 6.30 am to 9 pm. At the weekend from 7.00 to 20.00. If you wish to leave before 6.30 a.m., please pay your bill the day before.
    • Room service: You are also welcome to order food and drinks to your room for a surcharge of €5.00 per floor. We offer room service daily from 06:30 to 21:00. The telephone number from your room is 0.

    • Safe: Sie können kostenfrei Ihre Wertsachen im Empfangssafe deponieren. Einige Zimmer sind mit Safe ausgestattet. Schlüssel erhalten Sie an der Rezeption. Digitalsafes können mit einem persönlichen Code programmiert werden.
       
      Bedienungsanleitung:
      • Lock the safe with your personal code: Close the door – Enter your personal 3 to 6-digit code and press the “#” key
      • Opening the safe: Enter personal code – Open safe door. Note: If the wrong code is entered repeatedly, the safe is locked for 15 minutes!
      • If the LED display shows “BATT-LO”, the batteries must be replaced.
      • Please note: Always leave the safe open on departure!
    • Shoe shine machine: A shoe shine machine is located on the 1st floor.
    • Sauna: Use of the sauna on the 1st floor is possible from 10:00 to 19:00. Please book half an hour in advance at reception. Towels can be found on the shelf in the sauna.
      • Price per person EUR 18.00 incl. rental bathrobe and slippers as well as use of the sports equipment.

    • Taxi: The reception will be happy to take your taxi order for you.

    • Wake-up call: Our reception will be happy to receive your wake-up call request by telephone on 0.
    • Washing & ironing: If you leave your laundry in the laundry bag in the wardrobe at reception by 09:00 on weekdays, it will be ready by 18:00 the next day. On weekends and public holidays on request. The hotel is not liable for shrinkage, discolouration or lack of colour fastness of the articles.

    • Newspapers: A selection of the most popular daily newspapers is available for you in the foyer.
